I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach to therapy. My style is collaborative, interactive, warm, non-judgemental and authentic. I've often heard that therapy with me feels like talking to a professional friend. I am affirming to all expressions of gender, sexual orientation, families, and relationship structures.

Claire-ity was named after Claire, my cat who lived for 16 yrs. She was a frequent guest in telehealth sessions, a source of humor and comfort with clients, and an unspeakable support for me as I navigated young adulthood, and all the changes that come as you grow into yourself.
